If you recommend a friend or colleague to Careers On Site Ltd who is not already registered with us and we go on to place them in a new permanent role, you will receive £200* when they start in their new position.

Terms & Conditions
1. Referrals will not qualify for the scheme if Careers On Site Ltd has been in contact with the referred candidate at any time up to one year prior to the referral being made.
2. If the candidate is introduced by more than one person, we will operate a first come, first served policy.
3. Upon permanent placement of the candidate by Careers On Site Ltd, you (the referrer) will receive £200 (gross*) once the candidate has completed 12 weeks in their new position.
4. Payments will only be made on the initial placement only - extensions and further placements are excluded.
5. In the event of any disputed fees, following all reasonable checks, Careers On Site Ltd’s decision will be final.
Careers On Site Ltd retains the right to alter or terminate the Terms and Conditions of the referral programme without any requirement to notify other parties involved. |
